Terry Rankin, the Operations Manager showed up within two hours of me making a request on Angi's. He showed up when he said he would and was very prepared. He went above and beyond. He cleaned every area he worked in and left the areas better than when he started. I couldn't be happier with Ducts work, service, and professionalism. I will be using them on an annual basis. Terry runs the company the way a company should be ran. I would recommend Ducts 100% to any of my friends or family. Excellent service!!!!!!!!!

I was first impressed when the owner, Mr Rankin , answered the phone within 2 rings. After explaining what i was looking for , Mr Rankin explained in detail what his company could do as far as duct cleaning of my HVAC system. He was forthright and knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding his company's reputation and experience. Immediately after our conversation he emailed me a very detailed quite and his company insurance documentation. My appointment was made., and he texted me the names of the technicians. They arrived on time, equipped with booties to wear thru out the house. The work performed took about 4 hours from start to finish. Mr Rankin's techs were extremely polite and very respectful . They also took their tome cleaning up after themselves. We have noticed an immediate improvement, so much so i was considering replacing HVAC unit before i met Mr Rankin. Now the unit is working as it should and my entire hone is very comfortable. I am so happy with the results and if you are considering getting your HVAC ductwork cleaned and sealed , I would highly recommend this company. Good to see great customer service. The duct cleaning has really made a difference in the air in our home! I didn't realize that the house smelled musty until after the ducts were cleaned and sealed. My sinuses are significantly clearer in the mornings, and the furniture isn't dusty the day after I dust. Terry and his crew were very professional. My only regret is not doing this sooner!

They were very professional showed up on time wore protective masks and foot covering got right to work as soon as they arrived. They explained as they went everything they were doing. They checked and cleaned throrughly all the ducts and dryer vent. Sealed all vents. As soon as they finished the air quality was great.. Terry and his crew were quick to understand the issue and come to my rescue. Birds had torn off our vent covers and nested in the ducts. They shooed out the birds, cleaned and disinfected the vents, and replaced the vent covers all within about 4 hours of my initial HomeAdvisor request. They went above and beyond, and I am deeply grateful.

Eddie and Aaron Moore gave me a courtesy call and arrived right on time as scheduled. They were both courteous and efficient. I can breath much better now and my wife says it smells better too. Eddie and Aaron did a fantastic job cleaning our duct system and vents. We had the written description of what would be done ahead of time. They were prompt, personable, and professional. We saw before and after photos of our duct system. From very dirty, to very clean! We would definitely hire Healthy Home Now again. They did a complimentary cleaning of our dryer vent as part of the service. We could not believe all the lint that came out! They might have saved us from having a fire.

The team of men who came to our home were prompt and courteous. They were well equipped and worked steadily and quickly. We could not have expected more. The owner and his workers did an excellent job cleaning the duct work in my home as well as repairing leaks. They charged a flat rate that included the repairs needed to the ducting that was over 26 years old. After they finished the job, the air quality in my home improved 100%. The owner took before and after pictures, which gave me confidence they were doing an excellent job. This company is now in my favorites list.

They showed up promptly. The found a major hole in the duct from the new AC unit we had installed 2 years ago causing a major loss of heat and AC. They did a fantastic job cleaning the ducts and repairing the opening in the duct. Would very highly recommend them.
